Service Level Agreement
Aysh Tech is committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our services. We provide unlimited revisions to guarantee your complete satisfaction. Our team will continue to work with you until you are fully satisfied with the final outcome of the project.
Our Revision Policy
The number of revisions included in your package determines the extent of revisions available to you. We aim to meet your requirements and will revise the design until it aligns with your vision. You will receive your revised design within 48 hours.
Turnaround Time
Aysh Tech typically delivers initial design concepts within 48-72 hours. Revisions may take an additional 48-72 hours, depending on the complexity of the changes requested.
100% Money Back Guarantee
We offer a 100% Money-Back Guarantee on all our design services. If you are unsatisfied with the initial designs, you may request a full refund within 48 hours of receiving the initial concept. Refund requests made after 48 hours will be subject to a 50% deduction from the total payment. The refunded amount will be processed and returned within 10 to 15 working days.
Refund Policy
Our refund policy is subject to certain conditions:
- Special or custom packages are not eligible for a refund.
- Refunds cannot be requested after the primary design concept has been approved or if revisions beyond the initial concepts have been requested.
- Once the design has been finalized, refunds will not be issued.
- If there has been no contact from the client for more than 1 weeks without notice, the refund policy will be voided.

Quality Assurance Policy
Aysh Tech is dedicated to providing high-quality designs tailored to your needs. We ensure that each design is meticulously crafted and meets your expectations.
Delivery Policy
Your complete order will be delivered to the specified account on the agreed-upon date. Website deployment will only occur after all dues have been cleared.
Design Rights & Ownership
Upon finalization of the design, you will own 100% of all rights to the design. Aysh Tech relinquishes all ownership rights, and you are free to use the design as you see fit.
Content Creation & Population
We do not create or populate content unless specified otherwise. Additional charges may apply for content creation or population services.
N.D.A. & Reputation Management Policy
We uphold strict confidentiality regarding client information and project details. Both parties agree not to defame or disparage each other following project completion.
Record Maintenance
We maintain records of finalized designs for your convenience.
Customer Support
Our customer support team is available Monday – Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM EST, to address your concerns and queries.
Technical Support Policy
Technical support is provided as part of our design services. We offer basic information and settings required for technical aspects related to your project.
Communication Policy
All official communication, feedback, and instructions must be conveyed through our designated platforms. We are not responsible for communication conducted through unofficial channels.
